Description

In this collection of poems, Chloe turns her focus to the process of growth and the points of intersection between life’s highs and lows. She captures the dizzying euphoria of new love, hold space for the anguish of loss and unearths beauty hidden in the mundane.

As we continue our search for meaning, these poems and stories are a compilation of honest explorations and observations of pain, healing, mortality as well as a few voices she has picked up along the journey. As sh writes about wonder, shelter, forgiveness, grief, compassion, home and faith, she illustrates that there are stars hidden in all our little moments – the bitter, the sweet and everything in between- and to live fully and freely means taking in all of it.

When you turn to the index page, you’ll find 8 chapters:
1. Wonder
2. Shelter
3. Grief
4. Forgiveness
5. Compassion
6. Grace
7. Home
8. Faith

You’ll also notice lines connecting the chapters:
Wonder – Faith
Shelter – Home
Grief – Grace
Forgiveness – Compassion

You can read it like a poetry anthology- open the book, read a random page, get smacked with emotions. You can also read it like a story book, from beginning to end, and you will notice changes and subtle parallels with poems in the connecting chapters.
